David Jaffee Scam or Legit?

I will be sharing my review on this particular alerts service. I’ve been a member of BestStockStrategy.com for a total of about 4 weeks now and I can say that there are things to appreciate and criticize about it.

I can see that David Jaffee potentially provides subscribers with a lot of ways to earn money online through his coaching program and alerts service.

David Jaffee Scam or Legit: Course

First, the coaching program. According to my experience with these types of programs online, I can only say that David Jaffee’s training materials are (at best) subpar with other courses offered in this niche.

His options selling ‘course’ is massively overpriced and lacks any real value.

The main problem with the training materials is that it does not provide clear, concise information on certain topics. The course is as basic as it gets and for the whopping $1800 price tag there is a distinct lack of value.

Multiple customers have complained to me that this course is as close to a scam as one can get while being difficult to call a scam.

The course is a series of daily emails for something like 10 days. Each email contains very basic info and links to private YouTube videos to explain concepts such as covered calls, cash secure puts, spreads and iron condors etc.

The videos are also very basic and do not go into much depth on the subject matter at all. For $1800, I would expect a lot more.

I know that David Jaffee has been in the options trading industry for years. However, in my opinion, the price tag on this particular course is excessive and there are much better options out there.

I cannot recommend this course, and if you are serious about making money with trading options, I would look elsewhere.

My Recommendation, Markus HeitKoetter: Free Trading Ebook

Markus has a great eBook that contains a lot of information about trading. It is often one of the first resources new traders come across.

Markus Heitkoetter is gives away the electronic version of his bestselling book “The Complete Guide To Day Trading”

It’s 296 pages and full of tips, tricks and practical information that you can use right away in your trading.

David Jaffee Scam or Legit: Alerts Service

That being said, there is value to be had in David Jaffee’s alerts service. If you have some experience with trading options and are looking for a way to boost your profits, then his service might be right for you.

The alerts themselves are well-timed and accurate, and if you follow them closely enough I have no doubt that they can help you make some good money – in some markets.

The problem is his strategy is overly simplistic and he has been badly burned this year – or at least his subscribers have.

David’s alerts potentially blew up many people’s account this year with continuous rolls and/or covered calls on a Paypal position.

Sure, you can make the point that all subscribers are in charge of their own accounts but they are relying on David for guidance.

The alerts are sent out daily via WhatsApp. I have been a subscriber myself and the alerts did indeed seem to be high quality.

However, over enough time they are not profitable for MOST subscribers. David boasts a very high (95%+) win rate.

Unfortunately, I think this is simply impossible to maintain and I suspect that the occasional loss can wipe out your account.

David Jaffee Scam or Legit: Rude and Arrogant

The final problem with David Jaffee is his attitude. He has been known to berate and belittle anyone who criticizes him or his service, and even banned several customers from his website for asking tough questions.

He spent most of his early years building his alerts business by bashing competitors – he was sued for defamation at least 2-3 times by various companies.

It is my opinion that this was an effort to leverage search engine results for these competitors and use that to promote his own mediocre alerts service.

David Jaffee Scam or Legit: Conclusions

Overall, I would say that David Jaffee is a mixed bag.

If you have experience with trading options and are looking to take your profits up a notch, then his service MIGHT be right for you.

But if you’re new to this area and have no experience, I would look elsewhere for training.

Using the information in this short guide, you should now be able to figure out whether or not David Jaffee is a scam or legit. Good luck!
